So there are tickets on websites for around £250. Bargain! <worried>
£250 for a night in Burnley <laugh>
Yeh I don't think I can justify that! Heard nothing back on socials or through any other contacts, so it looks like it'll be dodgy stream on the TV for me.

Yeh I know I've basically got zero chance, but I thought I'd see on the off chance that someone can't make it or is just feeling incredibly generous 😂

Managed quite a few home games this year which has been great, but not been able to get an away ticket for quite some time

Sold out on 50 odd points so I was nowhere near.

It's a long shot (a very long one) but if anyone has a ticket for the Burnley game, or knows of someone who might, that is going spare I'd be happy to pay a premium for it.

It's only 30 mins from where I live now so is actually accessible. Thanks

How does the resale bit work? Every time I've clicked on that bit it just shows a stadium map and there's no option to buy?
Usually I leave it a couple of days before looking as there's normally a lengthy queue when it first opens but this time I took a chance and got lucky. You just go into buy tickets for home matches and any available seats are there but if there are none I, like many others apparently, just keep hitting the refresh button until one appears which can be mind numbingly boring and very time consuming. As I say you just have to be very lucky as tickets seem to appear very randomly - can be any time of day or night - and lots of people are after them so you have to be quick as well.

Hope this helps.
Yeah that's cleared it up massively mate, thank you <ok>

Am I right in saying that only ST holders can put their tickets for resale, and not members?

Might mean resale tickets are more likely to come up closer to the day of the game?
Yes, I think that's right. For the Burnly game I got my ticket at 9:30pm on the Friday before the game, with travelling etc I can't risk waiting until the morning of the game when more seem to become available.

Missed out on another ballot but got one for Sheff U in resale straight away! <diva>

Logged onto site at 09:59 and had paid for ticket by 10:05, couldn't believe my luck.

If anyone has any chance of getting a ticket to Burnley away I would happily pay over the odds. Only live about 15 miles away so would be incredible.

Still have the ticket for Spurs home this weekend available if anyone knows someone who might want it

For anyone travelling to games, I stayed at the Hotel Balmoral on Tuesday night and it was only £59 + free parking.

15 minute walk to the stadium (pretty much straight), rooms were spotlessly clean, big bed - no complaints at all. There's a curry house attached to it, didn't eat there but seemed pretty popular.
Finally spent the girlfriends' long awaited bonus? ;)

Took me long enough!

That will probably be me being an idiot. I've a friend who is a ST holder who has linked his account to mine and did the same, so I assumed member to member would be possible. Apologies if not.

Either way, if anyone wants it and can tell me how to get it to them, I'm game.
Members can't transfer tickets, only ST holders. To swap between members you have to forward the email on with the link to download the ticket to whoever you want to sell the ticket to. Anyone who downloads the ticket from the email to thier google/apple wallet can use it regardless of who it was initially emailed to.
Much obliged <gent>

I only came on here for first offer due to pure nostalgia - I've only posted about 20 times in a decade but I've been hovering around and always found this forum full of fans like myself, who actually care about the club and want to go to games. I don't do social media so I came here as first call.

If TJR is correct, let me know if anyone has a friend/family member who might want the ticket and they can have it on me. They can enjoy Paul Dummett not only playing in 2024 but also bringing his finest wrestling moves to the game and ruining their evening 🙃

Gutted - I’m moving house the week after else I’d have happily bought it off you!

I would have bought it from you but as I wasn't lucky in the ballot the missus booked a holiday and I now find myself in Mallorca on the day of the game.

Just out of interest is it possible to transfer tickets between members with linked accounts? I thought only season ticket holders could transfer their ticket but I'm probably wrong as usual.
