Simpson would be a decent fullback in the premier league, just not for us. I certainly wouldnt mind him as our back up option, but he wanted first team football... so cant begrudge him that.

I was just pretty average. A midtable fullback.

I think every single fan thats ever watched him play for the reserves knows exactly what his talents are and what time of forward he is.

Pardew may have his manager badges, but Adam Campbell is certainly not a midfielder...

I've always wondered what he was instructed to do when he went on...and generally what the tactics were to be with him on the pitch. He always seemed wasted out there when he got his few chances.

Quite a few comments were really negative about his time at Carlisle.

Whenevr Pardew did play him last season, he seemed to spend more of his time in midfield anyway.

Adam Campbell isn't even making the bench now. Instead we've got a nearly 25 year old Gabriel Obertan coming on for us <doh>
