Amen to that. Not including this 5 match ban, it was shown in the Notts Forrest game - when you neutralise Shelvey you stand a much better chance to get a result against us.

Keeper's come together with him with his studs up as he fell down attempting to block the ball and caught Mitro's knee (who was also mid slide attempting to kick the ball) as Murphy tucked it away.
