same type of challenge but different in severity, and the severity is what got Mane the red.

I have to agree with Holystone, most spanish players have been breastfed to dive since before they stopped using diapers.
He is 21 years old and has been in Germany for one year, and that spanish diver mentality doesn't go away just by moving to another country for a year.
English football will grow on him.

The most pleasant thing I saw of him yesterday was actually when he was fouling Fer (I think it was), he ran up to the ref and obviously said something which seemed to be about the foul Fer had on Hayden, then he turned and asked Hayden if he was okay.
Team spirit is strong with this one.

He does look like a class act, always looking for the ball, finding space, likes a tackle, can see the right pass. Very optimistic about his future, sign him up now!

But this wasn't the last game of the season and our survival didn't hinge on it. It was a game that we were fairly comfortable in and had he stayed on his feet, he would have had a half decent chance of scoring. All too often players see cheating as the first option rather than a last resort.

The point we disagree on is cheating acceptable? I say no but it goes on all the time . Look at Shelvey getting goaded by Alli. Is that any different ? Alli only does it for advantage in getting people provoked so that they get free kicks awarded etc
I disagree with all that stuff. Shouting in the referees face, shouting at the linesman for not giving offside when the player knows fine well he was playing him onside, holding up imaginary cards etc. I wish players could just try and play the game properly. Your advantage should be gained from working harder and exploiting the weaknesses of the other team in a tactical way, not deliberately winding players up or cheating.

I'd like to see your reaction if it was the last game of season and our survival hinged on it .
