Re: The Cooking/Baking Thread

Found a good fishmonger near my new place. Have fresh hard shell crab so we can (and have) made chilli crab. So much sweeter when fresh.

Forgot to buy a nut cracker so improvised with hands and a small hammer <laugh>

Re: The hardest Championship ever?

Dummett has been decent this year for the most part. Simpson rarely, if ever, was This. Never thought it was possible but Pauly D has really won me over this year. Still 100% sure he isn't good enough to be a Premier League starter but I'd be happy to keep him as back-up. Paul's little known sideli...

Despite my mild trolling earlier I do like a good butcher. But since the local ones to my house shut at 5 and nearest in town in 25 minute round trip walk I can't really do it 25 minute round trip?! Even with Mcdonalds, you can tell the difference between the regular s**** menu and the more expensive food. The Chicken Legend has actual chicken in decent bread. What?! It's processed s****! Processed does not automatically mean bad. Bread and beer are both processed grain. Hummus is processed ch...

Town fan here, in peace and all that crap. Gather you're not happy about the 2k allocation of tickets for the Huddersfield game. Well sorry and all that, but we could have sold double for your place and didn't get them. The argument that we've not sold out all season doesn't add up I'm afraid. 24.5...

Re: University research on our use of screens

I find it odd you had a question on challenging traditional gender roles, then had a binary choice for gender... Should there also be additional age choices for older people who feel young at heart, or people who feel older than their years, or those who just don't associate with their age at all, ...

Re: University research on our use of screens

Those who are intersex/non-binary and all the other letters added on the end of LGBTQ... would say that challenging roles and challenging binary categorization go hand in hand. ie if one is comfortable accepting non-binary gender identity, then it would be easier to accept a female steelworker or m...
