Re: Weekend Football 12-15 January

Had a tenner on Liverpool. Had the app in my hand about to cash out for £30 and one of my Man Utd mates convinced me not to. 30 seconds later they scored <grim> .

Can't imagine he's too happy at the recruitment team spending £11m~ on Hanley, Murphy and Lazaar with a couple of appearances between them

You mean to say you wouldn't sign Townsend because he was in the squad that relegated? Even though he played brilliantly most of the time?

Re: Netflix Recommendations

Started watching A Series of Unfortunate Events last night. It's Netflix so the whole first series is available (in HD on Kodi <roll>). You can tell it's heavily influenced by the film with Jim Carry which was great. Definitely worth watching if you're looking for something different

Any footballer would be mental to turn down £30m a year.

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (January 2017)

But Ayoze didn't always drag the team down at all before this season. He was a fan favourite for ages. I disagree that Perez has 'always' dragged the team down but he's certainly disappointed most for me this season and hasn't progressed at all. The fact he has been a fan favourite is probably why ...

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (January 2017)

Had a terrible season so far. I really wish people would just label him as sh*t and leave any however or buts out of the statement. in my opinion him and Colback would be the first 2 out of the door as they're not good enough and drag the team down, always have and always will. Even now in the Cham...

Shelvey and Cleverley are very similar: Shelvey = 141 PL games, 12 goals, 7 assists Cleverley = 143 PL games, 11 goals, 9 assists https://www.premierleague.com/players/4135/Jonjo-Shelvey/stats https://www.premierleague.com/players/3448/Tom-Cleverley/stats Shelvey has been class this season, but he'...

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (January 2017)

I'd far rather have a defensive midfielder beside Shelvey to let him pull the strings in midfield and run the show. Cleverly doesn't offer much at all really. Tries to be a jack of all trades but is a bit s*** at everything. Nowhere near Shelvey ability wise IMO.

There's this weird obsession the past few years with converting old Citroen vans into food trucks and coffee shops and they're an absolute fortune now!

Yes in goals and assists but there's much more to it than that. Shelvey's the better player by a mile.
