Re: The hardest Championship ever?

Yeah I've no issue keeping Dummet as a squad player. Ideally I'd love us to sign someone like Gibbs for LB (out of contract at Arsenal this summer) if we go up but it'd probably unlikely. Could see him replacing Baines at Everton. It would be nice to have an attacking left back. Dummet is basically...

Re: Club Hatred

I was friends with a guy from Sunderland when I was at Uni. He was a top bloke. I don't hate Sunderland, just another club to me.

Re: Club Hatred

Liverpool. They think they're a really special club with a divine right to success. Reality is they're not particularly great. Also, nearly every song they've got is boring. Beginning to hate Arsenal too, the way their fans are treating Wenger is an absolute disgrace. I dunno if Newcastle fans can ...

Re: Knee hurts when cycling

I adjusted my seat as you suggested, it was about 5 cm too low. I'm going to get a pair of pedal straps to hold,y feat in place. Just adjusting the seat made a pretty big difference. New sets of muscles ache after this ride, less strain on my knee and more on my butt muscles. My avg speed went up a...

Re: Knee hurts when cycling

So my knee has started hurting when I'm cycling, it doesn't happen until I'm about 6 or so miles in, but then it starts to hurt more and more. It hurts directly above my knee cap and takes a few days to stop. Any advice? One of you fat bastards must have some medical knowledge. I'm a fat bastard, a...

Re: The hardest Championship ever?

However difficult it is, we'd be in the flight of our lives in the PL next season if we go up. We're a long long way from even looking at being a top half side (assuming we go up) and 17th will be our aim next season. Desperately need to add quality in key areas, traditionally there used to always ...
