Re: Pavel's eBar

OT you are now officially an old man <ok> I quote some young, d*******, selfie obsessed millennial from the other week who asked, "Who is that drunk old guy" to which my wife replied my husband. He then said I was an embarrassment and my wife asked what he managed to achieve in his 25 years. Long s...

Re: The Cooking/Baking Thread

The most basic rub is a mix of salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, garlic and onion and then something with heat like cayenne.

Whilst your smoking, I'd also recommend making some smoked salt to use later on in a dry rub.

Re: The Cooking/Baking Thread

So I finally built my own BBQ Smoker, gonna give it a whirl this weekend, going to make some smoked chicken, just need to figure what to put into a dry rub marinade now. For the first dry rub, keep it simple so you'll taste the smoking which is what you need to practice. What woods are you trying?

Re: World Cup XI

1 GK

Some defenders. 3?

Those blokes in the middle... Maybe a few ito play in defence but bomb forward. Let's go for 2 of them and then some others to fill in central positions.

Ronaldo

And of course Peruvians to be the 12th man.

There is so much talent at this world cup. Let's just blow caution to the wind, sign 400 million in new players on the promise of getting into europe and have one glorious season before we are declared bankrupt.
And then rise like a mother f***ing Phoenix!

I'm wid ya bruv!!!!!!!

Buying a run around this weekend for me and the missus.

Wanted something cheap to insure, practical and economical to run and found a Nissan Note which seems ideal.

Re: World Cup 2018 Match Thread

Iran doing their best to make this game as boring as possible. Fair play to them. They'd get slaughtered trying to take the game to Spain. No-one had them down with a possible chance of progressing by the time the last group game came along so they're doing everything they can to nullify a great pa...

My building manager at work has sent round an email to all staff saying that we're having a fire drill at 3pm. Re: Other Clubs Transfers Summer 2018/19

West Ham have signed Fabianski. You've got to wonder what will happen to Joe Hart next season. Can't see many PL clubs being interested or paying his wages, so does he drop a division and City foot some of the bill for his wages or look abroad again? I reckon he'll go abroad. China would be nice. T...

I've got two weeks of holiday in the summer (provisionally in July but probably going to push back to August) and I really need some suggestions. I'm more than likely going away on my own and I was thinking that I might do Prague-Brno-Bratislava-Budapest. I'm probably just going to stay in hostels ...

Offered Sturridge for 15m.

IF and that's a big IF he stays fit he'd be a steal at that price
Given his injury record, I reckon the £15 million is still too much to risk.

What does the news back home have to say about the southern border issues in the US? Is any one really talking about it?
A few journalistic commentaries on separating children from their families but not that much.

The impending trade tariff war is the main US news this week.
