Re: Official Match Day Thread - Newcastle Vs Aston Villa

1-1 is a pretty fair score at HT. They've missed a couple, but Ba and Cisse both had a couple of good headers too.

According to this D. Zokora is in their midfield with Toure and someone I've never heard of.

Not sure of the date, but think he'd be back for Wolves if the Ivory Coast win the ACON.

Not 100% sure though.

The best game I have ever witnessed, and chances are I'll never witness such an epic match again.

Once in a lifetime stuff. And to think that was the only home game I went to last season!

Tiote

He's has been on the bench for the last couple of games for the Ivory Coast after playing in the opening two group games. This is great news for us as he's getting a bit of a break. The Ivory Coast will win the African Cup of Nations, if Tiote played every game then he'd come back a bit jaded. But t...

Oxlade-Chamberlain, Welbeck, Wilshere, three absolutely class young English players.

Maybe Wenger should realise that spending big money gets you class so long as you're scouting network is of a good standard.

Re: What sort of reception will you give Given, Insomnia and

There are people who think he jumped ship and left us in the lurch, I think theres certainly an argument that we might have stayed up with Given in goal. My view is he did plenty over the last decade to earn the leeway to do what he likes, just a shame it didn't work out at City and is now stuck at...
