Hi,
I'm a Shrewsbury Town fan, from Shropshire - funnily enough!
Always had a soft spot for Newcastle United.
I'm up on holiday near Newcastle early August and hope to take in a game at St James'. Always been an ambition!
Any idea how easy it would be to get a couple of tickets?

You should be able to get a ticket to most matches pretty easily as soon as they go to public sale.

Yes, it's lovely down here thanks, here Northumberland is too, so looking forward to it.
I wasn't impressed with Toney and nor were most of the Town fans.
Never good enough for Newcastle - is he still on your books?

Yeah still on our books but a long way from being first team ready it looks like. Adam Armstrong is way ahead of Toney in the pecking order but he still needs another year in the Championship at least.zombiestfc wrote:Bodacious Benny wrote:

I live in the Midlands so quite enjoy a wander up the Wrekin in Telford!

Never been up the Wrekin but it is on my to do list. I grew up in Church Stretton and love going back to walk the hills. I live in Ludlow at the moment.Bodacious Benny wrote:Yeah still on our books but a long way from being first team ready it looks like. There are some cracking walks in the Shropshire Hills. I also like going to Llangollen as there's a decent 7ish mile round walk that you can do where you end up at Crow Castle with some great views.zombiestfc wrote:Never been up the Wrekin but it is on my to do list. On a scale of 1-10 (with 1 being ugly and 10 being sexy); where would you rank Alan Pardew?
