Timely from the club, 5% increases. I'm on the 10 year deal still, but looks like mine will go from about £600 to about £950 this time next year. Can't complain too much as the deal has been great, but that's a lot of money.

The state of the "Internet football fans" in the comments though. "It's needed for PSR'. No. "If you don't want it I'll have it". No you won't, you've had ample opportunity for decades and not bothered.

Any chance I can get a ST please 🙏

Might sound like a daft question but how do you even go about getting a season ticket? I emailed the box office at the start of the season to see if there were any available but got nowhere - and on the club website the only option was for season ticket renewals...

None on sale, and in fact the Supporters Trust (or possibly Supporters Club) were suggesting that even if tickets weren't renewed they wouldn't be resold as season tickets. I still think they're deliberately holding back so as to minimise disruption in any potential stadium move/expansion, but it could just be that they make more money off single tickets.

Agree with this
I pay way more than the cost of a couple of ST’s for myself and my son to attend a handful of games a season, assuming this continues and we are lucky in future ballots
It’s a crude illustration but a true reflection of the basic economics of supply and demand.

I completely believe and agree it's a financial decision too, however I can also imagine there's a supporter satisfaction consideration at play and if there is a lot of increased demand for single tickets, you can keep more people happier by having availability to see a couple games rather than the few fans who may benefit from access to a season ticket.

Yeah makes sense, more money and more ‘happy’ fans.

Even worse that it gives Solihull moors a bye.

Pretty unpleasant club, really. I suppose that I'd like the winner of Halifax and Altrincham to go up now.

All change. Altrincham have now been given the bye. Good. That foils a bit of an injustice.

No doubt Solihull will do their usual trick of giving Halifax as few tickets as possible even though the ground is half full.

Great interview with Anthony Gordon on The Overlap. Really thoughtful and well spoken lad. If this season's performance didn't reinforce it - clearly more to him than his previous reputation.

Just shows how much we all buy into the way some is presented online, or even judge their entire character by how the behave for 90 mins on a football pitch.

I’m pretty sure all of us and the vast majority of Newcastle fans thought that he had some talent, but was a bit of a t***.

Proved us wrong on both counts. He has a lot of talent and seems like a decent guy.

Let's not forget he's only just 23 too, so he's showing great maturity for that age even if he may have been a t*** previously.

Too many fans judge too many players by the look of their haircut.

Fair, but anyone with a manbun is definitely a hipster wanker.

He came over well in the interview so all that media experience when covering for Clare Balding paid off.

I may have a man bun but in my defence, the wife really limited me financially on what I could buy for my mid life crisis.

Absofuckinglutely. In fact I think it's generous to call them hipsters. Just complete bellends.
