It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city.

Bad news for dear old Scheve,
The Derby board have decided to relieve,
The man of his managerial role,
And place his tuftiness of the dole,
The reason for their hardline,
"A significant, unexpected and persistent decline",
And added to their statement, rather curt,
That performances were not worthy of the shirt,
But his employers failed to look over his CV,
Had the done so, it was plain to see,
It was never going to work out,
Of that there can be little doubt,
Who might now the Rams approach,
In their search for a new coach?
I'm sure they consider one or two,
Even one called Alan Pardew.

He took them from near the relegation places to within touching distance of the playoffs, it seems like an odd decision really.

Their form in Feb has been shocking but he still picked up a few draws, he also won 13 out of 26 Championship games in his time there, hadn't they only won 1 out of 11 by the time he arrived?

I agree, he's a total charlatan and this is hilarious, but Derby's board look a bit cunty here.

Rowett will be heading there then.

Agreed, they have done way better since he arrived. They look the fools not him - as much as I dislike the bloke the next time they try to fall back on him as the safe option I hope he tells them to get stuffed.

Think it's relatively harsh, but you only have to look at their track record with sacking managers.

The fact each derby between Derby & Forest have had different managers on BOTH sides for the last 6 meetings tells you everything you need to know.

They've won 1 in 10 and picked up 6 points from 9 games apparently. They've been playing without purpose, pass-pass-pass-pass but never actually look like threatening the opposition.

Makes me remember how Newcastle played in Steve era before he switched to 4-4-2
