I know there's at least 2 or 3 other people here who like Minecraft so I figured we'd have a share what you've built thread. We've talked about it a bit before and I've posted pics of my city I've had going for the last year or so before too but it's all I've got so I'll post them again to start off the thread:

I set up my own server once, then I realised servers and laptops don't mix...

Haha. Yeah that would be a good idea, there's a football stadium in my city which isn't shown in the screenshots but it's not an SJP replica which would be pretty great.

People have done it with Old Trafford and White Heart Lane, interiors included!

First person game where you build stuff block by block. Start off with just open fields/rivers/mountains and start clicking to add/destroy blocks of rock/grass/brick/glass/etc.

Survival mode is boring as hell really. You can either sit there in a small hole in the ground clicking 50 times to destroy one type of block over and over to save up bits and build some s*** little house that will be blown up by creepers when it gets to night time. Or.. you could start building a massive city with endless supplies at your disposal immediately and have a great time

I play on a server with about 10 others, we've already built about 3 cities on 3 different servers on survival mode.

All about time and effort, makes it all the more satisfying.

That's the difference then, you need friends to play survival mode properly.

Why is it that every multiplayer minecraft world I've seen has a huge pixel art Nintendo character in it somewhere?
