It'd save millions and free up countless beds and other resources, surely? Or do you have any better ideas ?
Because tens of millions of people are now unable to afford free health care in America, despite them spending more on healthcare than any other country (and still having lower infant mortality and lower life expectancy levels than most). You privatise the NHS, and you give the greedy fat cats room to work with, and we'll end up in the same state. Why take away the best thing about Britain?
