The Battle of the Man Bags: Satchel or Backpack?
The Battle of the Man Bags: Satchel or Backpack?
Since this divisive yet vital topic of discussion has resurfaced recently, I've decided that it is time that we settled it once and for all. Satchel or backpack?

Satchel for me, unless I need a gym bag. Less bulky, doesn't make your back sweat in the summer and the shape keeps papers flat.

Satchels are for cunts, backpacks are far more versatile.
EDIT: These bags are the worst and anyone who wears them is a knob.

I have this (in black leather). Is this classified as a satchel?

I'd class that as 'other'. I have similar.outre-merTOON wrote:I have this (in black leather). Is this classified as a satchel?

Absolute dog's bollocks, other than the fact that when it rained the water pissed in and soaked everything.
My problem is reconciling my gross behaviour with my net income.

What about if they're all black and don't have some native american design?

Is that your sneaky way of saying "I have one of these, please don't hate me Ramone"? If so, it's OK, I do hate you.Juliet Papa Golf wrote:Ramone wrote:Satchels are for c****, backpacks are far more versatile.

I've just bought a new satchel/messenger bag
I find them quite good for work as I don't have to take much with me. Just my lunch, a book, tampons and some anti-diarrhea tablets.
