Henri Saivet missed a penalty tonight! Mind you Saint-Etienne have come from 2-0 down to lead 3-2!

How's Armstrong been doing lately ? Haven't really been following him but after a decent start it's all gone a bit quiet ?

You've got to wonder if we're loaning these lads out whilst we're in the Championship then what is their future when we get promoted.
Ashley tells you it's raining. Do you look out the window?

I have to admit, I saw this season as a big opportunity for the likes of Armstrong, Sterry and Mbabu. Was a bit surprised by the decision to loan some players out. Armstrong especially.Holystone... wrote:You've got to wonder if we're loaning these lads out whilst we're in the Championship then what is their future when we get promoted.
Don't hinder the Trinder
Re: Loanees 2016/2017 (Armstrong-watch)
Apparently we're recalling Sammy Ameobi.
Re: Loanees 2016/2017 (Armstrong-watch)
Bit pointless considering his loan deal finishes this month anyway.ALF wrote:Apparently we're recalling Sammy Ameobi.
Though we do need back up for Atsu with him going to ACON.

He doesn't really seem to be making the same impact that he did earlier in the season. Is he at Barnsley all year or just until the end of January?

Sammy recalled because Bolton failed to pay the loan fee.

January I think. He'd played about half the total minutes last I checkedBodacious Benny wrote:He doesn't really seem to be making the same impact that he did earlier in the season. Is he at Barnsley all year or just until the end of January?

Sterry and Toney are both back from their loan spells. Suspect they'll be loaned out again as can't see either getting much game time here.
