Villa fans after the game were telling me they're worried about relegation!
Ashley tells you it's raining. Do you look out the window?

They're not far off the relegation places but on paper they have a decent enough team to stay up and should have enough to get out of it. Although I don't think they have any fit strikers now with Hogan injured.

Was an awesome atmosphere last night, at least in the Gallowgate, probably the best I can remember for about 5 seasons.

The piss taking of Lansbury was f***ing hilarious in the second half, the roar that greeted the announcer saying he'd scored the OG was almost like we'd scored again <laugh> It might not have been the best performance but I've rarely enjoyed an NUFC game more than last night, especially second half.

Also, think Dummett and Colback get a lot of flak every week but both were excellent last night so it's only right that gets pointed out. Dummett especially was great.

I can't believe they didn't get a single yellow. Some horrible challenges and shirt pulling but ref just wasn't interested. Yet another poor referee for us!
Sad!

Has anyone else noticed that the clubs official twitter account following is going up at an impressive rate? Like almost too good? We're on 995.9k atm and at this rate we'll hit 1m before March.

hadn't noticed. Is that similar to other similar size clubs or do we seem out of kilter?

When I first looked it was to compare with the scum and the vile (rather than do work) who are on 600+k and early 900k respectively. Having another look there Everton and West Ham are both on 1m each and Stoke 600+k for a sample.

Wouldn't surprise me if there's a warehouse in China with people just creating accounts and following all these clubs like on Silicon Valley. <laugh>

Yeah wouldn't surprise me if we'd bought a few followers, I know that's a thing.

Speaking of twitter, does anyone else get annoyed by the NUFC fan accounts that get a few followers then suddenly think they're amazing?
