I normally go for a curry that's far too hot, try and cool it with beer and ending up drinker than if I'd skipped a meal all together.

I had a big Mac last night because i came home late. Made me feel sick.
If I’m out drinking for the afternoon I always have a mid session Big Mac meal, soaks up the booze nicely.

You need the water before bed, it doesn’t really speed things up when the damage has already been done.

I usually find a McDonald’s helps too <awe>

It works...
It's my go to plan.
Only if desperate. Lots of water and sleep is the best cure

Just had some interaction with a vegan and a veggie about recipes on my website.

Veggie was happy enough to provide some pointers and hints about how to convert ingredients etc.

Vegan called me a murderer. When I asked for some pointers on what ingredient changes I could make to ensure veggie options could be adapted to vegan compliant, was called scum and told to remove all my meat based dishes.

I remained patient and explained that all my training and experience was with traditional ingredients and methods but I was happy to learn new methods and ingredient swaps.

Response was still aggressive so I gave up.
What's your website? I might give some of them a try...
