No offense, but how on earth do you come to that conclusion? We don't have anywhere near the amount of detail to be able to state anything like that, nor the negotiating positions or intentions of either party.
Nobody is going to know exact details but we do have the information and reports from the takeover bid to go off of, there was a lot of talk that 300m would have been close were it not for clauses etc, and we haven't significantly changed in the context we are a Premier League club with a fairly moderate threat of relegation, that will be the same come August/September time, as it stands right now there has been no significant changes or investment that has increased the value by 100m, we are stuck with the same squad, same facilities, same TV money, same premier league status.
