I'm fully thinking from an Irish perspective. When fit he'd be considered one of our better options to challenge Randolph for starting spot, him playing regularly would more beneficial to the national team then him being 3rd choice.

I don't see the point in loaning out Elliot. He's at an age where he won't get any better, he's on low wages, a good pro and doesn't kick off when not playing. I'd much prefer to loan Darlow out, he's at an age where he can still get better so a loan would help him.

Lazaar looks like he may be on his way to Genoa on loan. Saivet still on radar of Bursaspor.

I agree with the above in regards to Keepers. if Woodman doesn't leave on loan then Elliot should be moved on (actually think this would be good for Ireland too as he'll have gametime)- only issue with that is unless they move to Europe majority of British clubs would be settled with their keepers giving that the season has started

I'm happy with the players we've signed, but it's another missed opportunity to add real quality and depth. We've built a first XI that's aim is to probably come around p12 rather than trying to push on.
