True a few to come in of course.
I don't think we'll play 3 at the back though.
Bruce played with a 3 at Hull when last in the prem didn't he?
He'll probably have to pick a formation based on whatever few players we have left in the squad. <urgh>

It isn't really though, Ciaran Clark is our 5th choice centre half, Sterry won't be anywhere near it and Lazaar probably the same. I'd be disappointed if any of those centre mids started against Arsenal, other than Hayden who'll be gone.

It's short Dubravka, Yedlin, Schar, Lejeune (if playing 3 at the back), Dummett and/or Ritchie, Ki, Longstaff and Almiron, all whom would be in your first 11.

I mean Wolves would tonk them too, but this is definitely one for fitness rather than anything else.

It is only preseason. More about managing squad fitness than anything else.
I think the grim part is that is pretty close to full strength.
I mean, we'd be swapping Darlow for Dubravka, out of back line we're not starting Dummet, Lejeune, Schar, Yedlin, manquillo or Fernandez, midfield we have Ki or Longstaff when fit, up top we've got Almiron, Gayle, Saivet (if played as a 10), Sorenson. I've probably left a few out, plus a few players aren't in their usual position (Shelvey starting further forward)

We're basically playing a squad of 2nd stringers at the minute. Yes we're getting humped, but we've gone out there with no manager and a weak squad (particularly the backline) so I'm not too bothered.

EDIT: beaten to it, great minds and all that

But at least we've made a good start. Only 2 down inside the first half an hour.
3-0

Apparently wolves only have 12 senior players in their squad, they’ll still turn us over <laugh>
I think their U12 team could beat us atm
