I'm late to this thread, but going back to Friday's game, they were missing their 2 best CBs. I know defending won't be their strong suit this season, but I'm also not going to read too much into them getting rolled over at Liverpool in week 1 with their back-up CBs playing.

Just seen the Man U score - were they good or were Chelsea bad? Or both..
Very harsh on Chelsea. Bit of a freak result and didn't really reflect the game.

They look a bit like the man utd of old. Devestating on the counter attack. If they can keep this up all season they will do well

Slightly harsh on Chelsea , I thought they played good football and could / should have went in ahead at half time

There are three worse teams than Villa.
Probably but they were significantly worse than the other two promoted teams last season and if Grealish gets an injury then they will struggle
It's alright Man U will buy him in Jan for 120m <roll>

Don't care about that as long as there are three worse teams than us! <whistle>

My neighbour is a Villa fan so I'm very pleased with that result!

Villa look a little soft-centred... As soon as they weren’t playing fully defensively, they were exploited so frequently in the middle.
Watched a lot of Championship football last season and they really aren’t all that. They’ve also managed to spend £150m on basically nothing - quite impressive. I think they might edge survival but they’re not gonna do as well as many have predicted

Is it too early to talk about relegation 6-pointers?

Brighton 3 up. Fair play, wasn't expecting that.

Sounds like Woodman is having a good game for Swansea, has kept them in the game twice...
