My colleague is a Man U fan and said he cant see how they can beat us. I've stated I cant see how we'll beat them.

So we both came to the same conclusion that a draw nailed on.

We’re a dream for an out of form team.

So not much of interest on the European stage the last few days <whistle>

Arsenal’s young players looking good, 3-0 up v Standard Leige. Tierney at LB will be really good when he’s fully fit for the PL, they’ve got Bellerin back too so might begin kicking on.

Man U drew 0-0 at AZ, wonder how many they’ll score against us...been s*** for ages and then up step Newcastle <neg>

First they came for Liverpool and I did nothing...
I shall be mute when it happens to Sunderland.
It’ll be a few years yet before var makes it down that low!

Spurs blew a two goal lead.

Real 2-0 down at PSG, Zidane won’t last much longer at this rate.

All they'll say is that they didn't deem it a clear and obvious error.
It did seem like one of the plays where whatever the referee called on the field was going to stick. Also one where slow motion seems a bit misleading.

Yes, but having to actually provide some rationale.

It would be good if whoever these VaR people are had to release justification of their decisions post-match.

VAR was meant to remove some of that though, the fact that was reviewed and still given is farcical. The side angle showed he was diving well before he got close to Robertson.
True, the Napoli player conned the ref and VAR is inconsistent domestically and in Europe. But as it was against Liverpool I’ll let it slide <roll>
