That's the first that came to mind for me too. I'm sure there had to be one with more drama and suspense, but after a diabolical season, it was nice to have that final day surprise.

Newcastle 2-0 Liverpool 15/16. Purely because I was there.

2015/2016: Newcastle United 5-1 Spurs.
2016/2017: Newcastle United 4-3 Norwich. Although I really enjoyed this...

2017/2018: Newcastle United 1-0 Man. Utd.
2018/2019: Newcastle United 3-2 Everton.
2019/2020: No more games, thanks God.

Similarly I can't think even that far back, but I did enjoy the match against Liverpool towards the end of last season. Even though we lost we gave them a good game and I remember enjoying it.

Yup. Not ever, not even 10 years but 5. We've played some pretty turgid matches in the past 5 years. But there are a few diamonds in the rough. Mine is the 4 v 3 win against Norwich. I was about to smash my tv up until those two goals in the 95th and 96th minute. Great feeling, really set the tone for the rest of the season and also saved me from buying a new telly.
