Three more games to avoid and then I'll start paying attention

Picked the Leeds - west brom match. It was a good choice <laugh>

Which match to watch? Spoilt for choice on prime here, and there's no obvious standout

I don't think it's a horrible shout, they've got a lot about them this year.
They may qualify for Europe. Can't see them winning the league though.

Either way, a very solid achievement. Certainly more than we are gonna achieve this year, probably more than we will achieve in the next 10 years if nothing changes.

I was being very tongue in cheek <laugh>

The only big difference (other than Jack Grealish being no Riyadh Mahrez and them having nothing close to a Kante) is that unfortunately for them the other top sides aren't underperforming to the same extent. They aren't catching Liverpool, and I fully expect them to finish well behind the handful of teams they're level with.

Aston Villa are going to win the league, aren't they?
I hope so. That would be amazing.

I'm not a fan of villa at all, but i have got to respect what they have managed here.
Nearly got relegated, survived by the skin of their teeth. Performing well beyond all expectations the following season, in a year where a lot of the so called big boys are faltering somewhat. Sound familiar? They just need to sign Vardy next month haha

Carroll just looks like a completely crocked player with absolutely nothing left to give now whenever he’s wheeled onto the pitch. I’d release him as he doesn’t actually offer anything at all now.
This. Heard Big Sam wants him at 'Brom.. they don't really have a target-man so he might do OK for them, imagine he scores his first goal of the season against us.. knowing our luck. <laugh>

But yeah we need to sort out our striker situation because apart from Wilson.. were will the goals come from? Gayle will never be a consistent goalscorer at this level, Joelinton is not a out and out striker I think it's well established now he's a second / supporting striker.. & Carroll just doesn't look threatening or effective enough at this level no more, might do a job in the Championship but he just looks labored & slow in movement and acceleration. Being injured/unit and lack of opportunities hasn't helped his cause but we should be looking at getting a new striker to partner/compete with Wilson. Release/Sell Carroll / Gayle..

Given that Lpool have lost all their centre halves .... suggest we get Wilson and Carrol On the pitch and give then some aerial bombardment

If Carrol is out again suggest Gayle
