Wembley tickets secured! Suspect I'd have got better ones in my pot 2 spot, but just glad to be going after the last fiasco.
<ok> enjoy!

Get even less in the FA Cup, so the meltdown for that one could be fun. Only two wins from a Wembley semi.
Based on his happiness at just getting tickets, I imagine Benny is about a month away from a Wembley Semi :bandit:

31,000 tickets for each side is a proper pisstake.
Need to separate the prawn sandwich brigade and the fomo merchants

A new sports bar was opening this month in my town that claimed t o have loads of big screens and the cheapest beer going. Was gonna watch the final there with a mate. But they've been sued for copyright infringement after ripping off (with the name, logo, uniforms) a local dart player. So don't think that'll be open any time soon <laugh>
Littlers?
Nuke's, but the right idea haha

Also got 2 tickets for Shearers on final day just in case I miss out in the Pot 6 ballot!

Sat in Malaga airport and just bagged myself a ticket for Forest, went in under the radar as people were sorting their cup final tickets! 😀

Anyone know a friendless, disabled Newcastle ST holder that’s been to a league cup game this season?

Going as a carer might be my only chance <laugh>

I think the number of ST holders is lower than that, I don't think they've made more available since the takeover? Could be wrong, but I thought it was under 30k. Club never transparent about these things.
They sold around 1 to 1.2k first summer after takeover but that was it. Haven't sold any since. I'm sure I've heard in the past it was around 32k. As you say though the club will never release the actual figure.

Just tried googling and this website reckon between 30k to 32k citing a club source and NUST.
How Many NUFC Season Ticket Holders Are There?

The club keeps this information under wraps. However, according to a club source and previous information released by the Newcastle United Supporters Trust (NUST), the figure is between 30,000 and 32,000.

Yeah no chance if you’re 5 or 6 <cry>
Very slim chance I'd say

Think there's around 32k ST holders, which is pretty similar to the allocation. Though from our 32k allocation the club have to take out tickets for players (families and freinds etc), other club staff, hospitality clients / sponsors etc. It says in the article that they're not taking away as many as last time but I'd still expect this to be somewhere in the region of 3 to 5k.

Say it's 5k, then that leaves about 27k for supporters. Which is less tickets than ST holders. You'd imagine the vast majority of ST holders would be enrolled on the cup scheme as presumably most would want to go to everyone home game they can and take advantage of the cheaper ticket prices the scheme offered. If they calculated that pots 1, 2 and 3 are guaranteed a ticket but not pot 4, then there must be more than around 27k or so ST holders who are on the cup scheme and have not transferred / resold ticket for more than 1 home cup game.

I reckon most ST holders will be in pots 2 or 3 (pot 1 for those who also do the away games), so can't see there being many in pots 4 or 5. There'll be loads of people in pot 6.

Think it'll all depend on the number of people who qualify for tickets in pots 1, 2 and 3 who actually want to / can go. Though I suspect most probably will be able to / want to.

Pot 1, 2 and 3 are guaranteed tickets. So if you're in pot 1 or 2 and want to go with someone in pot 3 then just wait until after midday on Friday to buy tickets and you can get them together.

Enough tickets for everyone who qualify for pot 1, 2 and 3 hence why no ballot and everyone can just log in on designated days and choose seats.

Some people will get ballot tickets in pot 4, doubt there'll be any left for the pot 5 or 6 ballots to go ahead.
