Re: Match day thread - NUFC v BHA

This. If you fail to beat any of Norwich (A), Watford (H) or Brighton (H) then you are in big trouble. 3 points is a must today. Scoreline, performance etc are irrelevant as long as we get 3 points. Big AC being back is a bonus. Means theoretically we could move Joelinton back to number 10 where he...

Re: Boycott

Do we still not have a big chunk of money left (I know I know). Every penny the club generates apparently and with tv revenue and player sales we should be quids in.?

Southampton were appalling in the first half mind !
True, but even against appalling teams we look slow, laboured and s*** <laugh>
I’m probably in the minority but I think we’ve played better than expected this season (except Norwich) . Pick up a win today and things will seem a lot better

Re: Home game seating suggestions

Hi , I’d say pretty much anywhere is decent for atmosphere and you won’t be overwhelmed by anyone. I sit in the gallowgate corner which is supposed to be the singing corner but to be honest is no different to any part of the ground. Avoid the the upper tiers as you’ll need binoculars to see. Never d...

Re: Spurs

Last season was always going to be a struggle given we played the previous seasons top 6 in the first 10 games. We managed to get 3 draws against Cardiff, Palace and Southampton which was as much as we could have expected to get something from those games. Norwich was a humiliation but was one of t...

Re: Spurs

I mean, is it the formation that's broken, or who and how they executed it? I don't know if using a formation that was used in all of pre-season for a third straight week really reflects that much stubbornness (yet) <erm> In answer to your question it's both. The formation and the execution are to ...

Re: Match thread - Norwich V NUFC

I’ve just watched motd now that I’ve calmed down a bit. I have to say Schar was by far and away our worst defender . Almiron looks completely lost playing in this system , he doesn’t get into goal scoring positions and we seem to be relying on a long punt to Joelinton and hoping for a bit of magic w...

But guys, its only our 2nd game of the season.

There's still plenty of time to get worse.... <roll>
To be fair , I’ve watched worse performances under Rafa but shipping goals this easily is really worrying. They look like they don’t give a **** after 2 games.
