Re: Premier League sponsorship rules 'void' says tribunal
They are stupidly massive hoardings at Man City.

Re: The Match Tickets Thread
Get even less in the FA Cup, so the meltdown for that one could be fun. Only two wins from a Wembley semi.

Re: The Match Tickets Thread
Wembley tickets secured! Suspect I'd have got better ones in my pot 2 spot, but just glad to be going after the last fiasco.

Re: New stadium
I travelled up last week for the Arsenal game, they brought 5,000 fans and hotel rooms in the city were pretty much maxed out. If you had an event where potentially 4x that (or more) were coming from out of town there definitely isn't the infrastructure to cope at the moment. But I guess it's all l...

Re: Football Titbits
Amazing ending to a game, as it should have been. Imagine if VAR had ruled that out for the "foul" on Konate, might as well scrap the whole sport.

Re: The Match Tickets Thread
I think the number of ST holders is lower than that, I don't think they've made more available since the takeover? Could be wrong, but I thought it was under 30k. Club never transparent about these things.

Just realised I'm the one in Pot 2 as I forgot my mate transferred Brentford... I'll wait, seems to suggest Pot 3 is guaranteed a ticket.

https://x.com/NUFC/status/1888967911047618591?t=C1UaTulu0dkkD1UfGVtuLQ&s=19 Thankfully this means I should manage to go this time (and irritatingly had this been the criteria 2 years ago I'd have got a ticket). The only question is whether I wait until Pot 3 where my brother is or panic and buy in P...

Re: Football Titbits
Think it only starts to cause issues if they both qualify for Europe and play in the same competitions. As a principle I agree with you but he's far from the only one, e.g. Watford have been benefiting from it for years.

Re: FA Cup 2024/25
I've been out but just saw the scoreline. The front 4 is decent, but two kids in the midfield and Endo centre half? If it stays like this Slot would rightly be accused of taking the competition too lightly.

https://x.com/Nusc2023/status/1888285188527980931?t=6Vkh9CJDZubaPVtlVzQtMQ&s=19 This was downright unpleasant. Fortunately as an above average 6'2 I could see light at the end of the tunnel, but it can't have been nice for any kids. 4 stewards doing patdowns for 5000, the turnstiles were completely ...

Yep. Isak on the bench just in case, still semi tempted to let Osula have a go on the right and give Murphy a rest.

Given it dropped to my paltry level of away points I suspect it's not one anyone is looking forward to. Massive potential banana skin.

Indeed. Bit of handbags from both but a definite elbow. Bit silly to hold your face when he's hit you in the chin though, makes it a bit obvious to VAR that he's not really connected.

Aldi's own, it's a wednesday and I'm not made of money <laugh> So was Iceland, and I have heard that about Norway, but all but everyone I've spoke to that have been (not many admittedly) have said it's affordable. Admittedly as a one off haha. Realise it's a big question, and feel free to become a ...
