The Florian Lejeune Thread

Lee Ryder and Mark Douglas are reporting that we are close to the signing of Florian Lejeune who was on the books of Manchester City during the 15-16 season, despite playing the entire season on loan to Girona. The Chronicle have wrote a brief overview of his career so far: http://www.chroniclelive....

Re: PL 17/18 fixtures

They are going to destroy us! I don't care what players we get in the summer, if they play anything like they did last season then it'll be a massacre. It was so demoralizing watching them beat every club by 5 goals every game last season...oh wait. It's sports, and that didn't happen, and plenty o...

Re: PL 17/18 fixtures

I fail to see how a result in a different season, with different players under entirely different circumstances has any bearing on the result of this match... <scratch> Does this mean we're pretty much relegated already then? No, but there's no reason to think that they're going to walk all over us...

Re: Chinese Consortium interested in buying NUFC

I think we're in a relatively stable position as a club and I would hate to see that thrown away for the slim chance of glory. Other than Man City and Chelsea, how many clubs have recently been bought up by billionaires and broke into the top echelon of world football? Experience tells me that these...

Re: Mitrovic or replace

I think he'll keep Perez. He was right not to start him week in week out in a league like the Championship, but I for some reason I see him having a big role to play this year. My high hopes for Perez were majorly dented this year, however I can see him doing better in the Prem with it being a bit ...

Re: General Election 2017

This was a snap election when Labour were apparently at their lowest ebb, they have managed to produce a better manifesto and a better campaign than the Tories who knew the election was coming.
