Re: EURO 2020

Kick them out of the competition. Those cronuts will quickly realise that it isn’t acceptable . I think a harsh punishment will start to eradicate it even if it’s unfair on the decent fans. They’re bottom of the qualifying group with one game (?) left so no point in that, but could ban them from WC...

Again we’re in a fortunate position that there’s a lot of utter s*** in the league so we’re not cut adrift!
We're second bottom. I wouldn't call that so fortunate. It's going to be a hard slog, whatever way you look at it.

We’re a dream for an out of form team.
My colleague is a Man U fan and said he cant see how they can beat us. I've stated I cant see how we'll beat them.

So we both came to the same conclusion that a draw nailed on.
I think that somehow, we will both lose.

Newcastle to win 3-2 after going behind from an early Perez goal and Vardy doubling it up before the half. Joelinton late winner. Don't do drugs kids. <laugh> You never know Looks like it's a 4231 today, Muto in behind Joelinton. Glad to see Bruce willing to adapt the formation. <dubravka> <krafth>...

Re: Weekend Football - 20/23 September 2019

Might as well hand Liverpool the title, city shitting the bed again <scratch> Liverpool didn't register a shot on goal for 75 mins and only won because of a goal keeping error, vs Sheff Utd, whilst City won 3-1 away at Everton. Failing to see how you reached that conclusion. Reactionary due to City...

We've been dull for about 7 years <urgh>
2011-12 season seems so long ago now...I don't care how inconsistent those attacking players were, damn if it wasn't fun to watch when they were clicking.

Re: Match day thread - NUFC v BHA

Anything less than 3 points here is unacceptable. This. If you fail to beat any of Norwich (A), Watford (H) or Brighton (H) then you are in big trouble. 3 points is a must today. Scoreline, performance etc are irrelevant as long as we get 3 points. Big AC being back is a bonus. Means theoretically ...

Re: Newcastle vs Watford

Where has this Newcastle been? Looking immense here, all over them. Can see why Watford have had a poor start to the season though. Hope we don't regret some of these missed chances. Forster been in good form since the goal, save from Hayden was brilliant. We look good value for the win at the minute.

Re: Newcastle vs Watford

Not good enough for the first team if we want to progress. Theres a world of difference between that and wanting to get rid Apart from he’s easily good enough for the first team. I think a lot of the talk was trading him in for a better model. A swap deal plus cash for Ryan Fraser was mentioned, I ...

Re: Newcastle vs Watford

I've a feeling Fernandez will start, not sure Lascelles is fully fit yet, and the former doesn't exactly deserve to be dropped. Who will play at LWB could be interesting, likely will be Willems. Unless Dummett moves across with Schar Fernandez Lascelles in the middle? I think ASM is supposed to be o...
