Re: EURO 2020, 2021 Edition

The problem is that the BBC have full control on what they are broadcasting, it may not have been their footage but they could have cut back to the studio at any time, they could have put up a blank screen or tech difficulties or anything. It's a complete cop out to blame the source, they only prov...

Surprised at this
Apparently Eriksen requested it too, if so then fair play to them.

Not that it's important, but wonder if Denmark get charged with a substitution.

Re: EURO 2020, 2021 Edition

Not sharing the pic but it looks like he's still alive and conscious, there is a pic circulating of him eyes open and ECGs attached as he was stretchered off. So hopefully he's going to be ok 🙏

Been linked with Weghorst, a gigantic centre forward from Wolfsburg. Would be a like for like replacement for Carroll.

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2021)

I think I'm the only person who expects Fraser to leave. It's just odd that he's always playing for Scotland but is apparently "injured" when he's with us.

I honestly think the whole bother with the mole probably involved him so I just expect he will be shipped out this pre-season if we get an offer.

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2021)

I thought Rose showed some glimpses of class when he was here but for the vast majority of his time he just looked unfit and didn't look very interested.

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2021)

To be fair half of fans will label an outgoing player as s*** so I don't always read too much into it. I remember when we signed Clark, Villa fans made out he was the worst CB to ever play the game and look how he turned out for us.

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2021)

I'm excited by this signing, we really have missed having a CB that's comfortable on the ball, that's why I hope the Dickie rumours are true as well, I think having a back line that is comfortable on the ball reduces our need for Shelvey and means we can replace him with someone more energetic in t...

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2021)

Looks like we're close to signing Kristoffer Ajer from Celtic. Norwegian international CB. 99% done has agreed personal terms already. Medical most likely after Norway International games though may be done after Kris returns from holiday. Think there is a little things add ons etc still to be agre...

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2021)

Just fantasizing here, I know it's never going to happen but I think these squad changes would be achievable this summer. (This is assuming the budget rumours are bollocks and completely forgetting how badly we are run.) Outs: Darlow Clark Lejeune Schar/Krafth(?) Hendrick Fraser Gayle Carroll In: Wo...

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2021)

Always wanted Woodman to make it and it's great to see how he's come along but I do still have doubts about him at PL level. Also ive always worried about his size, he's pretty small for a GK but obviously that's not always an issue Given being a testament to that. Edit: Upon further inspection he's...

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2021)

It doesn't help when the manager and club bang on about how low our budget is and how we will need to look at the loans market. What's that saying aim for the moon and you might hit the stars. With this club it's more like search through enough s*** and you might find a truffle.

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2021)

To be fair like you say we had the bid accepted, and were obviously willing to part with quite a high fee. It was the player that turned us down wasn't it? Partly because he didn't want to move mid season, and obviously wanted to see what better options are out there. Leicester are a european level...
