Re: Match Day - Crystal Palace v Newcastle
The interesting thing for me was that this was essentially a 4 4 2, and worked quite well. The question is if that's what you're playing why are you playing Hendrick over Murphy and losing pace on your right wing? Is it to have some extra cover for Shelvey? Ritchie as always added some actual decen...

At the West Brom match our away fans were fantastic, I’ve just seen this on YouTube. Thought you might appreciate it for those who haven’t been to an away game before.

Re: The Match Tickets Thread
I'm planning on coming up for the FA cup game this weekend but I'm having trouble accessing the tickets online. Is it still at members? Would appreciate any help. Also, if anyone could recommend cheap digs for the evening that would be great. Fancy a night out. Was an absolute ball ache online as I...

I did...I shouldn’t have. Cashed out at £103.95 as soon as they scored. Still nearly £100 profit isn’t bad at all!
The last time I bet on us was when we beat Spurs earlier this season. They are the only 2 bets I’ve put on all season. I should maybe try it more often

Re: Match day thread - Sheff Utd v NUFC
I have us and Brighton as a double. £5 pays £137.50. Just happy we won though to be honest! I want Brighton to score so I can cash out then lose so we’re further away from them in the table!! Cash out quick <laugh> I did...I shouldn’t have. Cashed out at £103.95 as soon as they scored. Still nearly...

I see him being plan B for the last 10/15mins of the game. We can then lump it forward to him and hope it sticks. Let’s all hope he rediscovers his form for us!

This tweet has been deleted now so I’m guessing Lee Ryder jumped the gun a bit!
I put a cheeky £10 on him at 6/1 at the start of the window to join us.

Yeah I applied for both semi finals and the final but to no avail. A mate got both semi and the final but stupidly put himself on Cat 1, so they want €6000 for both tickets.Bodacious Benny wrote: ↑Wed Aug 07, 2019 7:54 pmI thought about applying but didn’t get round to it. A mate got SF tickets and something else (not sure which city).

Euro 2020
Haven’t seen a post on here about it so thought I’d make one. Did anyone apply for tickets? Did you get the tickets you wanted? I applied for 6 tickets and ended up getting 1. Yep, the one I got was in Baku! It’s a place I’ve actually always wanted to go to so I’ve booked a hostel already (book earl...

Re: CHAMPIONS LEAGUE DRAW
I was having dinner with a German last night and he was already wankjng over Sancho. I admit I haven't seen much of him but I hope he stays there and develops for the sake of England. He's a massive talent, if he continues then England have a future world star on their hands. I think he'll unfortun...

Re: m*ckems V NEWCASTLE U21s
For our U21s it must be massive, there's a few locals in the side so to play Sunderlands first team at this stage in their career has to be a little bit special. Can't think of any reason to go and watch it though. It could be one of those “I was there when our under 21s beat Sunderland” moments. A...

Re: Salomon Rondon to sign this weekend? -- Salomon Swapped!
I rate him. This might be unpopular what I’m about to say, but, I think he works too hard off the ball. I love the fact he closes down the opposition defenders down but for me, he does it too much. He always seems knackered by 60mins and when chasing generally a lost cause half the time it takes tha...

Some people are saying that they aren’t even his signings which is why they back Rafa more. They can’t have it both ways.DavideDuck wrote: ↑Mon Nov 26, 2018 10:49 pmBenitez signings were all the big performers today. Can anyone still criticize him on that front?

Re: Match day thread - Burnley v NUFC
I thought Ki and Diame were brilliant for different reasons tonight. Diame was all over the place, you can see how he has the most tackles this season. For me Ki was MOTM though. So calm on the ball, always played the right ball. Always available. When we were controlling the game he was the one doi...
