George Caulkin has weighed in - positively! From the Athletic: The Proposed Takeover of Newcastle United By George Caulkin This has been a year in the making, even longer if we retreat to the winter of 2017-18 and Amanda Staveley’s first attempt to buy Newcastle United. Re: Toon Takeover Thread

Most non-first team staff have been placed on furlough leave. We're the first club in the league to do so.

Fat Mike in penny-pinching shock.

Bin Zayed did something with the Premier League didn't he? I'm taking this with a heavy pinch of salt.

But realistically it was looking very difficult to come up with a workable solution to play all the games, given the commitments of semi-pro and amateur players. Hopefully South Shields, Jersey Bulls and other wronged clubs can push on next season and win the ...

Sensible decision. And gives Dubravka a chance to recover before the FA Cup Quarter Final!

BBC reporting senior sources saying the Australian GP will be postponed.

Nightmare for fans, postponing so late. Outrageous it's taken so long, esp for international visitors.

Trying my best to be excited about this season - but really I think we're all waiting the new rules in 2021 to shake things up a bit... Hopefully we get another Brawn, but with the way they've handled the budget cap, all the big teams will be spending down this season for the new regulations, and w...
