Re: Loan Updates

Maybe he's just s***? Not ready for League 2 football. We often have an arrogance that our young players should be starting games for lower league clubs despite the fact we've never seen them play and never seen any or Carlisle's players play. League football, Conference football is a much higher l...

Re: The Match Tickets Thread

Source? Or is this like the hilarious "he doesn't make any money if you buy a Newcastle shirt not from Sports Direct"? <laugh> Yeah I get that shirts are sold under license so the club still profits...can’t remember where i saw about away ticket sales so could be completely wrong! Think it's just a...

Re: EURO 2020

How ever would we have lived. I'd much rather see Germany beat San Marino 13-0 again, that will be much better for the development of smaller nations. It's why the Nations League has been brought in. Auto qualification will and should never happen. Bringing in a preliminary qualifier might but agai...

Re: Bury FC on the brink

It would but I wish people would stop acting like the EFL or PL clubs pumping in a few million would be the answer. It's not that simple. Agreed. I imagine this isn't even as new a problem as people let on, the difference is, with news and social media, etc. people have far more awareness about clu...

Re: Bury FC on the brink

It should be but there have been plenty of wake up calls . Luton, Maidstone, Pompey etc. Realistically though what do they do? The fot and proper persons test isn't fit or proper, that would be a start but people will always slip through the net, then what do you do? Pump money into a club that's f...

Re: Bury FC on the brink

Bid isn't from a former Gateshead owner, it's from a cronut who almost destroyed the club and got us liquidated. He wasnt the official owner and officially was a volunteer but now everyone is describing him as an ex owner. f***ing disgrace the man should be in prison. Google Joseph Cala with Gatesh...

Re: Match Thread - Spurs v NUFC

Need to get shot of Shelvey. Weak as piss, heart of a pea. Always going for the Hollywood pass. With creative players like Almiron, Ritchie even Longstaff we dont need him. Luxury player we can't afford and if we were a top 6 8 side and we could afford to carry him he just isn't good enough.

Bad news. I would say that this should be a wake up call for the EFL / FA (and even the PL) but it won’t be. It should be but there have been plenty of wake up calls . Re: Bury FC on the brink

Living in the South Lakes we get our local news from BBC North West and they are reporting that there are three potential bids on the table for Bury, one of which is from a former owner of Gateshead. Bid isn't from a former Gateshead owner, it's from a cronut who almost destroyed the club and got u...

Re: Loan Updates

We used to have a couple of active Blyth supporters on here at one time, shame they're not here now would be good to get an insight into them. Lee Clarke is a s*** manager still living off doing half decent with Huddersfield about a decade ago. They haven't invested and have brought in a load of No...
