Re: Newcastle Utd vs Cardiff City (FA Cup) Match Thread
I thought that was just with Premier League games where they don't have the license to broadcast on radio over the internet…. hope I'm wrong though. People on other forums claiming they've found streams but no one will link so it might just be bull!

Just saw Remy queueing at the cash point in front of St James'… didn't exactly look like he was about to head home for an early night in preparation for tomorrow!

Re: French Footballers and the 75% super-tax
This is why I was so confused about wages supposedly being the stumbling block in the whole Gomis saga back in the summer. They've all known this was going to happen for the last 6 months but now it looks more likely to go ahead I wouldn't be surprised if there are a few that jump ship and come over...

They've just started a thread on there simply called "Ben Arfa". I'd be pretty worried if I was them too!

Re: Newcastle in Talks to Loan Demba Ba
You say that, my mate's a Chelsea fan and apparently everytime Ba's name was mentioned against Villa he was offside <laugh> Watched that game, was offside about 6 times! <doh> Scrap that idea then! They obviously don't teach the offside rule in Senegal. Saying that, I don't remember either of them ...

Re: SSN: Arsenal make £10m bid for Cabaye
Amusing at all the outrage about their 'derisory' bid considering our main transfer policy is to offer insultinginly low amounts when we want a player <laugh> Yeah calling a bid derisory and insulting just seems petty. Why isn't 'no' enough? Hopefully to put off a bidding war that would unsettle th...

Re: Bids for Gomis and Remy made
The statement from Aulas seems ridiculous especially given there's a new 75% rate of tax for high earners about to kick in in France! So even if his actual salary is cut by something as small as £3k, he'll be earning and living in the UK with a lower rate of tax and so would actually be making a lot...
