Not sure where else his arm could have been.
If it doesn't hit his arm, it doesn't go in the net. Doesn't seem right to me.
VAR is the future. Don't be the luddite.

Re: Midweek Football 16-18 April

I knew I should have watched the match!

Ended up watching Great British Menu instead and it wasn't a great starter and fish course episode.

Re: Holidays

Nabbed a week off in June and need to make sure I actually do something with it. Potentially looking at Malta - anyone been and if so what areas are best to look at staying in? St Juliens area is best to stay in. Aside from Valetta which is a must see; go spend a day in Mdina which is the old capit...

I bought a cat. I am no longer allowed holidays
Take the cat with you to Skegness and leave it there while you bugger off abroad.

If it really does like you, it'll find it's own way home.

Seeing as all my in-laws are Scouse I'm torn about Liverpool winning the league because I'd never hear the bloody end of it.

Almiron has to score tonight.

I left a really rich lamb stock sitting on the hob to come to the pub and watch the match.

Tomorrow I'm making a Belgian Speculoo style Welsh cake to **** over Cardiff.

Weve never won silver without a Jock in the squad.

Ritchie is first on the team sheet for me.

Is Murphy in hiding again? Would have him on the bench over Atsu.
He's on loan at WBA!

At least it's out of the way and we can enjoy Saturday.
Unless Cardiff win.
I'll **** up my weekend plans and waistline and bake.

The gardening will just have to wait a bit longer.

Re: Ashley “close to conceding defeat” re: selling the club

Poor Mike. I'm not bothered about him losing £200m (he's still worth over £1bn) as we'd be unlikely to see any of that money anyway. I'm sure Debenhams staff would be delighted if he took them over and they all got put on zero hour contracts and had to try and flog absolute garbage at the till to e...

Re: Ashley “close to conceding defeat” re: selling the club

Yeah apparently with the administration, all the ownership that sports direct had bought up has been wiped out. Think they had a fair chunk, 30%. I'd be very surprised if he doesn't try take them again. Rumours are that Sports Direct will make a bid for Debenhams but the administrators already have...

There is something incredibly unsettling about George Russell. I’m not sure if it’s the fact he looks like Woodie from Toy Story or his dead middle distance stare or oddly tiny mouth. But he gives me the creeps.
