Re: WEEKEND FOOTBALL - 4/6 JULY 2020

Had an accumulator on 10 games today with 40p to make £2300. First 8 games were going as predicted apart from Preston who drew.

Other 2 predictions ongoing/TBD are Juve and Wolves.

Fuckin Preston.

Merc to win every race...it’s not even a proper season as far as I’m concerned.
I agree about Merc winning it all but if... big IF; they do hold a race at Portimao then I'll be happy as hell. As far removed from a Tilke track as you can get!

Re: The F1 Thread

Ferrari have a dog. Jeez are they miles off the pace!

So it falls down to Red Bull to mount a challenge and that just doesn't look like it's going to happen at all.

Given that teams will be very reluctant to spend any money on in-season improvements; this season is a dud.

Re: WEEKEND FOOTBALL - 4/6 JULY 2020

Was it Norwich who spent less than £5 million in the summer window?

Given parachute payments and the money for finishing last - financially they'll be able to be strong for a promotion push next season.

Just seen possibly the worst made up transfer rumour ever. From the star, so maybe to be expected. Newcastle set to DEMOLISH transfer record with 51m deal agreed for Brazilian striker Joelinton. <laugh>
This post has aged nicely <laugh>.
Thankfully we got him on the cheap for 40m

Angel Gomes has left Man Utd and seems it was due to lack of playing opportunity.

I'd snap him up.

Pity that Hayden didn't just tap it in for 5 but on the plus side - some kid in Guernsey probably has a new football.

Almiron and Ritchie benched so good options to bring on in the last 20 minutes and stretch tired legs.

Tough game for me tonight. My Dad supports Bournemouth and they need the points to get out the bottom 3 but I really want us to smash them. Why does he support Bournemouth? Aren't you Scottish? I'm confused. My Dad was born and raised in Dorset until he left home to go to university. My Mum is Scot...
