I never thought for one second that we’d catch up and be able to go for 4th, but the Villa win today absolutely cements that we are not (not that it was ever going to happen anyway <laugh>). Re: Champagne

Instead of Champagne, I usually pick up a Cremant from France as many of the vineyards from outside of Champagne region still make a great fizz.

One I get every Xmas is a Rose Cremant from Saumer and it's brilliant. Think it retails about £12/15 a bottle from Majestic.

Re: Matchday thread - Toon v Toffees

Every club should be looking very closely at why everyone seems to have so many injuries this season - the numbers are vastly up in comparison to the last few seasons. Could it be the increase in time added on as we seem to play an extra 10/15 minutes per game? Couple that with our high intensity pl...

Re: Matchday thread - Toon v Toffees

So far, so good and just have to keep going.

Causing them a lot of problems but we're still shaky in defence.

Not sure if the rules state the game needs to be stopped for Schar to receive treatment - it was hardly a clash of heads.

Re: Pavel's eBar

Brussels back to Blighty cost a fortune as hired a moving company on the cheap but the truck was too small (they already had it half full with another move) so only took our large items. I complained and got an Amazon gift voucher <laugh> Hired a transit and had to do 6 cross channel trips - 3 each ...
