Re: World Cup Qualifiers - 2018

**** :(

Oh well. It was a huge achievement getting as far as we did! Kinda sickening to come so close and get put out on a reaaallllly weak penalty but in all honesty Switzerland were the best performing "losers" of the groups and they deserve to go through.

Re: World Cup Qualifiers - 2018

Switzerland won 9/10 in qualifying, pretty unlucky to be having to go via the playoffs. Think the system has been harsh on us as well. And the other group runner-ups. Feels a bit crap to have done so well and potentially going out to a penalty like that.. that said, I feel like Switzerland will sma...

Re: Match thread - NUFC v Bournemouth

Amazing how highly rated Aarons (perma crock who last played well a couple of years ago) and Mitrovic (massive liability and a poor goalscorer that spurns chances just like Joselu) seem to be with fans. If Aaron was performing in training and the reserves, he would be playing . Mitrovic has proven ...

Re: Match thread Burnley v NUFC

**** off. Another s*** performance against s*** opposition. I don’t understand why Rafa is so negative. It’s easy saying we are “On course for 40 points” but we are wasting games with these boring tactics. If this was Pardew or Mcclaren people would be slagging him but Rafa is immune for some reaso...

Martin Tyler burying us like **** on the mic here. Trying to turn a brilliant start to the season into a crisis. If you're watching Sky that isn't Martin Tyler. Nope, BeinSports. I think Kevin Killbane is on with him and they've spent the whole game suggesting our wins have been lucky 1-0 scraps wh...

Re: Match thread Burnley v NUFC

We have been good barring a few awful individual performances, wide players delivery has been s****, Joselu has been crap but still had nothing to go off, Diame and Perez getting caught in possession, i dont know what Rafa can actually do to stop that. Our players just aren’t good enough. That’s wh...

Also, I think I hate Burnley more than any other club in the PL. They play s*** football but everyone let's them away with "Plucky little Burnley fighting for their lives."

Not sure what Elliot was doing flapping at that cross?
Not that he should be blamed for the goal, but there was no need for him to dive at that.

Re: Amateur Football Team

After a positive pre-season we had an absolute nightmare of a start to the season. Drew our first match, beat 3-0, 4-0, 10-2 and 10-1, in that order. After that 10-1 we went into the changing room and had an "open session" where everyone aired their grievances, named names, called their be...
