+1. Glad to see him score obviously and it should give him a confidence boost. But let's not start sucking him off just yet.

Re: Newcastle Utd 2 - 2 Hull City - 20/09/14

The protest was disappointing, I'd guess less than 10% of the famed 30,000 bits of paper were shown. The singing corner was in good voice though, especially for the opening and closing 20-25 minutes. How did it look/sound on screen? MotD made it look very underwhelming. I always find MOTD never doe...

I'll download it. Saw them live at Finsbury Park supporting the Arctic Monkeys - they were the best supporting act IMO. Looking forward to giving this a listen.

The one day I get some results right is the day I don't put a bastard acca on <fist>

I had a feeling West Ham would beat Liverpool, was watching in the bar after the match today - saw it up to Sterling's goal, which was well struck btw.

Re: Match Thread: Newcastle Utd vs Hull City - 20/09/14

Just got home from the match. I don't feel Hull really deserved anything from the game tbh. Apart from their goals, which were class btw, they didn't really do owt. We're just s***. It's all well and good enjoying 60% possession but it means **** all if we're not clinical in front of goal. Just resi...

Re: Preview: Newcastle Utd vs Hull City - 20/09/14

Bit harsh to drop Riviere - yeah he's not done owt but it's not his fault. It's hard to do a job when you're trying to do everything on ya own.

Re: Boxing Thread

I don't know what to believe when it comes to Mayweather-Pacquiao tbh, we don't know what goes on behind closed doors. Both fighters have stated they'd happily fight each other. But one thing or another seems to stop the fight from happening whether it's disagreements from both parties about the pur...
