Weirdly a load of people have him in their FPL teams. I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole, he can't be relied upon.Bodacious Benny wrote: ↑Sat Aug 03, 2019 10:08 amHope they enjoyed it, that’s him done scoring until January

Re: Rumour Lee ryder to leave chronicle
Rumour I've heard. I'm not his biggest fan in terms of writing style or ego. I like Mark Douglas though, so maybe hell be more prominent. Thoughts? Mayeb he's going to the Atlantic with the whole swathe of writers they've poaches (Caulkin too?), or to replace someone leaving a national. https://www...

Pope is a lot younger too, has at least 5 years on Heaton.
Maybe they just want to be relegated so are backing Hart again

I'm pleased he signed the extension more than anything else. By 24/25, I'd be hoping he'd become NUFC's first choice. If he gets a solid 30 appearances in the Championship this season, it'd be a great start on the way to that.

Re: Other Clubs Transfer Deals (Summer 2019)
Lukaku for Dybala is fascinating. Manchester United's record with South Americans is utterly woeful...see it for yourself: https://www.planetfootball.com/quick-reads/ranking-the-17-south-americans-to-play-for-man-utd-in-the-premier-league/ I predict a car crash. Dybala only got 5 goals in the league...

Cool. Haven't heard anything from them for a while <ok> Great show, the best live band I’ve seen. They did some stuff from their most recent albums (Drones, great album and Simulation Theory) plus stuff from the back catalogue like Supermassive Black Hole, Knights of Cydonia etc. They’re in Manches...

Scott's an AM and was signed for the u23's he signed as he felt he had a better chance of breaking into our first team over the other teams in for his signature but time will tell if he's going to be good enough. His style of play has been likened to Modric. So we finally signed Modric! <applause> ...

I’m probably in the minority but I’ve not been that impressed with Ki. I don’t think he warrants a starting slot above anybody else really. No, it's not just you - I feel similarly. I like him as a back-up CM that can do a little bit of everything, but I don't think he does any one thing well, and ...

Between allegedly (or was it confirmed?) failing the medical, and then a mediocre last season, it's definitely slipped and he was replaced by other top prospects from Ligue 1 (like Pepe). Also 12 months left on his contract Wiki says: €19.75 million and €10 million in add ons. Lyon will reserve 20%...

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2019)
McNeil has scored 3 PL goals. Nothing to suggest Bowen is more of a risk than him for the sort of money we are talking about. This I'd take someone who's had a solid starring Championship season over a few flashes of capability, no question. Not sure why we're not in for Harry Wilson as a Kenedy re...

Re: Preseason: Wolves (aka, hey, we do football as well as comedy)
Watched the highlight reel and I hope to hell we learn to defend before the start of the season. If my memory serves me, Mrs Doubtfire cocked up dinner and then spent $140 feeding the family. If that means we play shockingly until January and spend £140m to stave off relegation, that'll be a fun ro...

Not seen him play a game but from the boys I've seen online looks to be strong with a bit of pace, goal record isn't out of this world but he is only a young lad, seems like last season he really started to shine, think with almiron behind him he can be effective for us. The only thing that I'm ann...

I'm not a native or based in Newcastle so I wouldn't know this, however, according to the True Faith podcast last night I am getting the impression that few have taken the financial plunge on the new kit.

Murphy, Lazaar and Sterry? Why Darlow over Woodman too? I hope this is with the shop window in mind.
For all we know, Gayle may be carrying a hamstring pull or is prepping his sale. Great news all round.
