Re: Matchday thread - Toon v 'ammers

Rewatching MOTD, can’t get over how bad Longstaff’s attempted finish was when completely unmarked in the box, really don’t think it’s possible for him to do any worse than he did <laugh> He's getting progressively worse in all aspects of his game. His dire finishing could be excused before because ...

Re: Days lost through injury

The only silver lining is that Burn now has to play at centre back where he’s more suited (and can be third choice next season when we sign a new CB) and *hopefully* Hall gets a run at LB. **** knows what’s happened to Targett. You're thinking too logically here, more likely that Krafth or Dummett ...

Re: Matchday thread - Toon v 'ammers

Was working but managed to catch the first half, missed the second, sounded like a mad half. Again the Hall situation is as baffling as ever, Howe even admitted he f***ed up with the first sub and that played a massive part in their first goal. Really don't know his f***ing process right now especia...

Re: Sandro Tonali Deal Confirmed? You bet!

These are allegedly from BEFORE his current ban, not during as suggested. He was investigated mid to late October. There so far isnt anything to suggest this has happened during his current ban, also this was known about last year and at the time the feeling was it wouldn't add to his current punish...

Love an international break.

More due to fact I work for Norwegian FA and it's all go during this time <laugh>
Can you find the next Haaland with a Scottish granny please?
Why the next one? He should be tapping up the current one!

Re: International Breaks

Gordon had a decent game tonight. Shame him and the rest of the players have Southgate holding them back. I don't how you can have some of the most promising players in world football yet still play a conservative boring brand of risk aversive football. Hopefully he ends up at Man Utd sooner rather ...

The way we have been recently I'm glad for the break. End of the season can't come quick enough for me.

Re: Howe under pressure?

He's got to go now for me. I'll continue to support the team until the end of the season but I'll be very pissed off if he's still here beyond the summer. Howe has played a huge part in the derailing of this season and he needs to be called out on it. This Botman farce has to be the final straw, sur...

Re: 23/24 NUFC Kits Thread

I got Isak 14, didn't someone notice a few players were missing off the list, maybe low on certain letters. Did you pick a "preset" personalisation or do your own custom one?

Re: Days lost through injury

Need to bin off the medical team, this has been an issue for him all season yet they held off on the surgery and tried to bodge his recovery. This is the s**** you get when you have a jobs for the boys attitude from the management team, ownership needs to grow a set and reign in Howe and strip him o...

Re: Football Titbits

The PL has been a closed shop for years, these days it's just becoming much more apparent, don't dare to dream, don't dare to challenge because you will be punished. We can talk all we like about how forest should have done their business, but end of the day it's becoming more and more necessary for...

Re: Matchday thread - Toon v Citeh

Sorry but that's a load of bollocks, we have been making these excuses for months, When Botmans back, when Wilsons back, when Willocks back, When Isaks back, etc. feels like people think all we are missing is whoever is currently on the treatment table. Need to get real, we have been dog s*** simple...

Re: Matchday thread - Toon v Citeh

Much better after the subs, Burn and Longstaff well over due a spell on the bench but I have zero faith that Howe makes the right choice for the team unfortunately.

Re: Matchday thread - Toon v Citeh

Whilst we are on the subject Howe can **** right off with the Longstaff excuses, Option 1: Play Miley, Option 2: Play Hall, Option 3: play Ritchie.

He goes for Option 4: persist with an allegedly injured and vastly underperforming Longstaff and moan we don't have options so he has to play.

Re: Matchday thread - Toon v Citeh

I don't care who we are against, how good they are, as a team we have to at least make it something other than a training match for the opposition. We make things far too easy for teams this year, and a lot of the time it hasn't even been against the top opponents.
