Re: The next manager?

Hahahah.. I've lived through this, I've lived through that... well done. You want a medal? I honestly couldn't give a flying one what you've witnessed. I bet you're close to climaxing over these imminent transfers? And you're hooked again, back in, you'll never walk away, like an addict. GG. Is you...

Re: The next manager?

Is it snowing outside? So you’re implying I'm a “snowflake”? I’ve been going probably longer than you’ve been alive. Suffered Westwood, McKeag and so on. I despise Ashley and everything he stands for, everything he does. He’ll be gone long before me. I’ve done as much as my conscious will let me, b...

Why you so upset about my opinion? Calm down pal.
I object to you calling fellow fans scabs for attending.
I’m not going to the Arsenal game, hopefully not many home games, but as many away games as I can. Certainly not a “scab” and your opinion is offensive.

Re: The next manager?

complicit I was called a scab once when I crossed the line of striking postal staff back in the mid 90s. I was a chef so when they mentioned I'd be on £10 an hour I gratefully took the opportunity as there was no minimum wage at the time and I'd been working 90 hour weeks for £90 after tax. Caterin...

It's not the f***ing Cold War or The Miners strike. Just because the 'stand' against Ashley defines your life doesn't mean it defines everyone else's.

Have to say that i'm underwhelmed with his appointment but got to get behind the team or what's the point. The one thing we have to do is get signings in asap or we're f***ed but this is NUFC so buckle up for the ride <laugh>
Why do we have to get behind the team?

Re: The next manager?

If anything, calling these people what they are makes them more resilient and less likely to join the picket lines. Be interesting to see how many fans from Nottingham the club has on that first day of the season.

Re: The next manager?

The scabs must be Toon Barmy if they're still buying season tickets. Disgraceful comment that, turning on your own fans. If that's how you view it, then so be it. That's how I feel about it. If you turn up you're condoning all of the actions of the last decade. Keegan's wasteful return, Jonas' dism...

Re: Players you randomly miss

You never look back at all the flops we had who would walk into the team now and question where it all went wrong? Celestine Babayaro. Hugo Viana. Diego Gavilan. Amdy Faye. Darren Ambrose. Albert Luque. Obafemi Martins. Damien Duff. Antoine Sibierski. David Rozehnal. Geremi. Habib Beye. Abdoulaye Fa...

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2019)

It's nice that we can spend the summer relaxing and not worrying about transfers in and out to Newcastle. They've got a great hold of things up top. 30 days to go until the new season...5 senior players have left and 0 in. Brilliant, just pure brilliant. Diame, Perez, Rondon... we counting Kenedy a...

Re: The next manager?

Personally think this is the beginning of the demise. Either he finds a buyer this season or we plummet like Sunderland.

No way if we go down we come straight back up. We'd need to spend a bucket load to have a promotion winning team and who would he hire if we go down?

Do or die right now.

Re: The next manager?

To be clear I'm nowhere near as definite or defiant as my reply to saves = survival (what a name) suggests, I just find accusations of "scabs" ludicrous and it just strengthens my resolve to go. I think if I actually finally decided to stop but saw Steve Wraith on the way to cancel I'd change my mi...

Re: The next manager?

As far as I'm concerned, if you attend a match this season you're a scab. People are free to go to matches. Got a lot of respect for them if they want to put themselves through Steve Bruce to support the team. Imagine turning against your fellow supporters. Worst part is you'll come scurrying back ...
