Re: Truly Hilarious Pictures
That's what happens when people drop their iPhones. <roll> My mate broke his iPhone the day after he got it because he flipped open the 'protective case' that the shop persuaded him to buy and it fell out and smashed on the floor. <awe> When the universe wants to **** with you there ain't nothing y...

Re: Perch to Wigan?
Letting Perch go is utterly nonsensical. A solid, capable player who could play numerous positions and was happy to be back up (who was also English), sold for next to nothing. It defies logic, he played 38 games for us last season so it's not like he's been gathering dust, this move makes no sense...

Re: The Universities Thread
If you want into teaching then a masters is a waste of time. Schools will look at your degree and your PGCE. Having a masters won't make much (if any) difference. The main thing that potential employers will be interested in is how you handle and interact with a classroom full of kids. Not whether y...

Re: Perch to Wigan?
This move makes no sense whatsoever.
I only hope to god that we have several transfers lined up ready to announce. But I doubt it.

Re: Perch to Wigan?
I can't really see the point in letting him go. As for the money we get for him we won't be able to buy a replacement. He covers CDM, RB, LB, CM and CB all reasonably well. Yes he's nothing special and he isn't good enough to start every week but his versatility and hard working nature mean he's a ...

Re: The Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Thread
These stories are clearly being leaked to push up his price before he moves to a Dortmund-esque club.

Re: Would you be pleased if Cabaye was sold for £20m?
No player is forced to hoof the ball. If they were that against it then they just wouldn't do it. Worst case scenario would be that they got sold, which if they hated our style of play so much wouldn't really bother them.
