I anticipated a second half response. Unfortunately that response seems to be to play worse than in the first half.

The ease with which Nunez breezed passed Burn for their second goal has me feeling that bringing in a new CB if Botman is out will be essential. Botman and Schar have formed a great partnership but i'm not convinced that any of our backup options are on the same level.

Reece James out with another injury & Olisie rejected Chelsea and signed a new contract at Palace. Hopefully neither of the above change the Hall deal in any way. Can Hall play RB? I've seen some comments saying he also plays in midfield, so he seems an adaptable player. Haven't seen enough of him ...

The FA can tweak their refereeing criteria all they like but so long as VAR continues to make ridiculous decisions like that it won't change a thing, that was a bloody travesty of a decision. Wolves were robbed. But the cynic in me is not the slightest bit surprised that it was Man U that benefitted...
