Bournemouth have been quietly making some astute signings this transfer window.
Yeah just signed Alex Scott the Guernsey Grealish. I know his dad, used to play football against him, would never have guessed he could spawn a player that good.

Re: Tino Livramento Deal agreed

If we end the window without having bought a first choice LB then I agree this is a strange deal, as we clearly have significant cover at RB whilst are playing a converted CB as first choice LB. That Burn gets in ahead of Targett strongly suggests that Howe doesn't rate the later. But Alex Murphy ha...

Re: Transfer Rumours/Wishlist

Best of luck to Karl. Was a great player for us. Will always remember the first half of the 2020-21 season when he was arguably the best performing keeper in the PL, was absolutely immense for us during that time. <gent>

Re: Newcastle pre-season fixtures

Him, Gordon and Miley have stood out on this tour, have to mention Alex Murphy as well he's been solid when he's played. Murphy and Miley wouldn't look out of place if they had to play for the first team. They look the only two out of the academy lads that went that could step up next season I agre...

Shout out to Alex Murphy as well at LB. Thought he played really well. Miles better than Lewis for sure.

Yeah we should move on from Livramento. Soton want more than he is worth. Other fish in the sea and all that.

Re: Cricket

Gutted for Bairstow. Stranded on 99 not out after an absolutely phenomenal knock. <applause> Great knock from him. Feel like we'll regret not declaring earlier though! Just read this. Three hours ago I would have agreed with you, but the Aussies just having lost their 4th wicket i'm feeling pretty ...

Re: Saint-Maximin set to leave - Saudi bound?

I find our fans incredible (on twitter, not on here) with how they criticise him. They complain that he loses the ball too often but also complain that Miggy and the incoming Harvey Barnes never beat a man. Maxi loses the ball but also completes more dribbles than anybody else in the league. He cre...

I've had one report from a mate at Ibrox, simply to say that Lewis is an even worse winger than he is a full back.
Yep based on what I saw I have to agree with your mate.

I actually quite like that Arsenal kit. Like the fact that each shirt has a slightly different pattern.

Re: Players from relegated clubs

I still don't buy into the notion that there aren't good players at relegated clubs who could improve our squad and do a job. Liverpool signed Andy Robertson from Hull didn't they? That worked out alright. Realistically *most* of the players we bring in will be to supplement the first team initiall...

Re: Players from relegated clubs

I don't think I would be targeting any player from those clubs. We need to be signing better players than we already have if we want to improve the first team and I don't see anybody there that fits that bill. Not even Maddison who I would have liked us to sign a year ago but who I have cooled on du...
