Blame the Barclay brothers.
Once they proved you can run a subpar delivery service at a profit, react to animosity by renaming it and change nothing else but still make a profit because they're cheap as f*** in comparison to others - the others then drop prices and SLAs to compete.

Moving house. Only moving six doors down so spreading out the days moving stuff to and fro. Thought it would be easier but day 3 and I'm absolutely knackered.
Plus I've slipped on my decking and completely f***ed up my arm and my right arse cheek.
Opening a bottle of red now.

I run a warehouse for a furniture retailer and my best worker is a good ol' sack barrow. Some days I've been able to run the whole warehouse by myself with them. Best £50 the company ever spentoriginallad wrote: ↑Sat Jan 18, 2025 5:17 pmMoving house. Only moving six doors down so spreading out the days moving stuff to and fro. People who celebrate a ‘birthday month’, get to f***!
I'm the scumbag outlaw. You're the pillar of justice. Neither of us like looking at ourselves in the mirror. Do we have a deal?
Re: The Message of Hate Thread
How self-involved can you get? The only person I've ever known to celebrate a birthday month was a female and she definitely had "main character syndrome"bodacious benny wrote: ↑Sat Mar 22, 2025 4:30 pmPeople who celebrate a ‘birthday month’, get to f***!

Not heard of this before. Pretty sure I'd just tell them to go f*** themselves as eventually they're going to die and not a single thing they've ever thought they've achieved will be recalled.bodacious benny wrote: ↑Sat Mar 22, 2025 4:30 pmPeople who celebrate a ‘birthday month’, get to ****!
That's just me though. I don't like to hurt people's feelings without reason.

When the clocks go forward. Especially in the Summer on a Sunday..
"What a great BBQ that was. Let's have another beer. What? No it's not, its only...Oh f***ing f*** it's 9pm. All the stuff I would have done by now at 3pm in Winter is still to be done. I'm pissed now and full of BBQ food! Where's my nap? My digestion period? My time to lie on the sofa and watch Zulu or something else I can f***ing fall asleep to for an hour before washingthe dishes or loading the dishwasher? f*** f*** f*** I'm so out of kilter! And I have to work tomorrow too!" *cries*

Webinars.
Got one at midday that I'm running and just did a practice on Zoom and it wasn't letting audio from any videos be shared. Turns out that buried in zoom settings, if you have 'allow multiple people to share screen at the same time' is enabled then it won't let you share sound.
Got almost 200 people due to attend so was stressed as f*** for an hour!
