Here's some tips that might help you out with getting used to the place, if you haven't been a long term reader:
Shearer's eBar
General Discussion has this as a thread for random chatter or subjects that possibly don't deserve their own threads. You can bring up pretty much any off topic conversation in here and it'll get discussed.
Beardsley's Bistro
This section of the website is for more specific off topic discussion and it is always visible from the front page. You can talk about all other sports, video gaming, music, film and television or engage in a political or social debate depending on which subsection you want to browse.
Match Day Threads
This is our match day thread archive of all matches since the forum began. Every time Newcastle play a match we'll have a thread in the main Newcastle United section for people to discuss it. Whether you live outside of England, far away from Newcastle, you're stuck at work or just simply couldn't make it to the game; these are usually the most popular threads we have and you'll probably have a hard time keeping up with how fast the replies come shooting in throughout the 90 minutes.
Arcade
We have a flash games arcade here if you like killing time online. If you re-register your account in the arcade section you'll be able to save your highscores and see how much better you are than everybody else. The Arcade also plays host to the games in the Flash League, which is a mini flash games competition we have here. If you're interested in joining in that competition, just ask in that section or General Discussion and somebody will point you in the right direction.
We also have Facebook and Twitter pages which get used a fair bit, so if you like it here, do your bit to help get us known more by Liking and Following!
Any more questions you have, you can just ask in the relevant place and somebody will help you out I'm sure. Otherwise feel free to PM any of the Site Admins or Global Moderators. Here's the list of them: http://toonforum.co.uk/memberlist.php?mode=leaders" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
So go ahead and get stuck in, enjoy
