You might be waiting a while.
EE have mentioned they've something on the way so waiting to see the price and I'm already in a 5G coverage area

My BT contract is about £90 a month for a landline I don't use and broadband. I get BT TV included but its s**** so happy enough to lose that.

If EE charge £50 a month I'll happily switch

Does seem a lot, you could get pretty much the entire Sky Q package and multiroom (including line rental etc) for about that.

My Sky contract is £130 a month - TV (all sports and entertainment packs), phone, and fibre broadband

I pay £68 for phone (never use it), fibre broadband, and TV (HD including Sky Sports but not movies). Price goes up to £100 pm from October so if they don’t leave it around what I pay now I’ll tell them to cancel. Don’t mind paying what I pay now but wouldn’t want to pay £70+ a month. I am tempted to ditch sky sports and get BT sports in future as they have CL and EL as well as some PL whereas sky sports are a one trick pony now after losing la Liga and European football.

If you go SIM only you can get unlimited data for around £20-£25 per month if you go on a 12/24 month contract. If you want a rolling monthly contract a little bit more. So not too bad really.

So why do people still have land lines?

If you want broadband them you generally need to have a landline. A few companies are offering packages without a landline but its rare.

Interesting. Over here (TX) almost everyone has broadband and almost no on has a land line.

Yeah it’s a complete con really. I’ve got a landline for broadband but don’t even bother plugging a phone into it.

All I ever seemed to get was cold calling on the landline so I just disconnected the phone.

Made a sweet potato, lentil and black bean stew. Tasted nice but f*** me, the farting is unreal. It’s like Chernobyl The Sequel.

Went veggy last month, the first week and a half was an unholy amount of ripe s*** and gas, same when I got back on the meat ( <perv> ) start of this month.

<laugh>

I gave up meat for a month in July last year and didn’t really miss it, ever since I only ever really eat it if I go out. Usually not too gassy with veggie food but this was on another level!

I've been using my smoker a lot. Smoked brisket, pork shoulder, salmon, chicken, trout.

I can't imagine not eating vast quantities of smoked meat.

Once you get over the 'hump' of the first week it's easy and pretty enjoyable really, cooked some really enjoyable meals and tried stuff I wouldn't normally, I'll never go veggy full time but I try and have a few days of avoiding meat a week.

Toyed with the idea of getting a smoker <awe> but my diet would consist of entirely the things you listed above <laugh>

Not for me.

I started dating a vegetarian, she cooked for me a lot and I ended up not eating meat for a while. It got to the stage where we went to the zoo, and I was looking at these antelope salivating. Had to head to the closest burger joint ASAP.

Out of curiosity did anyone see this tweet? It's been shared around quite a bit and I'm keen to know how far it's got. I made it on my course and the more people who see it the more chance someone who can give me a job will see it. On that note, if any of you happen to be famous or have loads of followers please retweet for me! You'll need to click to expand the image.
