Still working out little issues like exact measurement (how many mls in a glug!) but as the wife and I keep cooking the dishes to add real photos, we shall update recipes.

This weekend (in order to have real pictures on the site) I'll be making pulled pork, Swedish meatballs, tuna ceviche with a mango salsa and a gin and tonic drizzle cake.

Extension right next to the sink with trailing wires. What could possibly go wrong?

Yes, it's not ideal. It's been fixed since then, it's now about six inches above there screwed into the wall.

It's been a busy few months getting it all together so I can work on it at the weekends. I've even got a Kanban board set up in my garage

I've fallen in love with baking bread again, i seem to be on a streak where it just turns out pretty much perfect everytime, before it used to be hit and miss but i think I've got the feel for how the dough should be when it's had enough kneading, there isn't too many things that make me as happy as when bread comes out just right <awe>

There really is something therapeutic about making bread. The smells of infusing yeast, the kneading, the smell of baking bread and then that satisfaction with tasting fresh warm bread with butter that melts.
